Description:
The LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program sought to amplify voices shaping conversations around technology and the future of work. The challenge was translating complex ideas about accessibility and innovation into content that could reach broad professional audiences.
I developed a six-week content strategy built for LinkedIn. This included defining audience interests and shaping narratives that positioned accessibility and innovation as relevant to a broad professional audience.
Each post used a reframing hook that connected familiar technologies to their roots in disability innovation. I created content that traced mainstream tools back to disabled use cases and tied those origins to current conversations about remote work and the future of labor during NDEAM. Posts focused on closing information gaps about disabled experiences in tech by using unexpected origins to prompt discussion among professional audiences.
The strategy generated over one million impressions in six weeks and led to link clicks and partnerships with organizations including Athena and Disability:IN.
